From the boat landing stage Schaffhausen (Schifflände):
- special bus called ‘Rheinfall’ (during summertime)

Bicycle routes:
From Schaffhausen a separate cycle lane leads to the Rhine Falls - follow the sign for bicycles!

Trains SBB
Certain trains from Schaffhausen and Winterthur stop regularly at the small station, which is located next to the medieval castle ‘Schloss Laufen’ on the hilltop.
The trains stops from Easter til the end of october between 7.45 and 18.15.

Advice for car drivers coming from Germany:
To reach the Rhine Falls please follow the roads marked with blue signs. Driving on highways (Autobahn, green signs) will be charged with a road tax, the ‘Autobahnvignette’.
